Fire Works

Hello, Pokemon fans! Today I have a deck that I have completely created myself that I call:

Fire Works. It's a completely Fire deck that uses the best of the best fire types to give you a consistent line of heavy hitters. I think that this is one of the better decks I've created, so I hope you check it out.

Victini Ex + Victory Piece/first ticket
The idea for your deck is to go first (whether accomplished by a first ticket or a coin flip), and to get Victini Ex out as your active. Then, you attach a victory piece to Victini, making all of its attacks worth no energy! It intensifying burn will deal 100 damage to Pokemon Ex (which is commonly found in this format), and 50 damage to any Pokemon first turn, which is amazing for no energy.

There is another use for Victini Ex too. This Pokemon has a another awesome attack called "turbo energize", that searches your deck for any two basic energy card and attach them to your benched Pokemon, which is great for energy acceleration, and it only costs 1 fire energy.

Reshiram Ex + Victini
The Pokemon in this deck that deals the most damage is Reshiram Ex. His attack does 150 damage, which can normally 1 hit K.O. almost all popular Stage 1s and stage 2s in the format, and consistently 2 hit K.O.-ing anything in the format. The only down side to this Pokemon is that, if you coin flip lands on tails, then this Pokemon does 50 damage to itself. This can be avoided by Victini's victory star, lowing the chance of Reshiram hurting itself from 50% to 25%, as long as Victini's on your bench. Know I know what you're thinking. "Victini's rotated out!" But, the latest Japanese set,
"Ex battle boost", reprints Victini, and if they decide to bring it over, it will be the next set to come out in America, I believe. You can see the two Victini's below will show you the English and Japanese’s card.

Entei
One big problem in Pokemon is if you get knocked out and you had a lot of energy attached to your active. This can be helped by Entei's "Grand Flame".  This searches your discard for a fire energy and attaches it to one of your benched Pokemon. This is yet another example of energy acceleration, but this searching your discard instead of your deck, which is really good if you ask me. And dealing 90 will knock out almost any card in the format within two turns. This card is really good to be able to recover

Moltres + Plasma Energy/Colress Machine/ Team Plasma Badge/Team Plasma Ball
Moltres might just be this decks best heavy hitter when it comes down to it. This Pokemon deals 120 damage, as long as it has a Plasma Energy attached to it, which can be pretty easy to do. Colress Machine lets you search your deck for a team Plasma Energy and attach it to any of your team plasma Pokemon this is great for quickly powering up Moltres, but it doesn't stop there. If you attach a Team Plasma Badge to any Pokemon, then it becomes a team plasma Pokemon and can have Plasma Energy attached from Colress Machine. A card that you might want to have one or two of in your deck might be a Team Plasma Ball, which would allow you to get out Moltres.

I hope this has been helpful to you and you decide to make a fireworks deck. I think this is a fairly good deck, and I'm debating whether or not to play this at Battle Roads. Either way, I hope you give it a show! Thanks!
